Easter cake pops

EASTER CAKE POPS
Ingredients
1 packet Sasko Quick Treats Chocolate Muffin Mix
2 extra large eggs
200ml milk
200ml oil
 
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix together oil, milk and eggs. Pour the Sasko Quick Treats Chocolate Muffin Mix into a bowl, add milk mixture and stir with a spatula/whisk until combined. Grease a square/round baking tin (25cm in diameter) and pour in the muffin mix. Bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely.
