Your Baby:
Your baby is working hard at growing and gaining weight. Baby's hands are already grasping and he weighs about 200 grams.

You:
You are gaining weight steadily now and it's important to eat healthy food, even though those cravings might be strong! Remember you only need to eat an extra 300 calories a day, and it's best to keep these calories as healthy as possible. You will be asked to do a Triple Screen Test around this time to rule out any abnormalities with your baby.
